Pros

Esthetically pleasing gym and new equipment. The concept could work if it were led by someone with actual fitness or hospitality experience.

Cons

• This is marketed as a luxury fitness facility, but it’s run like a bad finance startup — because the owner came from finance and has zero understanding of the fitness or wellness industry. • The owner is a micromanaging narcissist who speaks to employees with constant condescension and disregard. No emotional intelligence, no leadership skills, and no trust in the team. • Employee turnover is nonstop. People are either pushed out or leave because the work environment is mentally draining and emotionally abusive. • There is no structure, support, or training — just chaos and finger-pointing. • The work conditions are stressful and sometimes unsafe, ironically in a place that claims to promote health and wellness. • Members catch on quickly. They cancel often because once the owner has their money, service and care vanish. • It’s not luxury — it’s a smoke-and-mirrors operation with poor execution, burned-out staff, and unhappy clients.
