The company has all the pros of a start up: - nice and cool environment - dog friendly office - flat hierarchy - very flexible hours and vacations - autonomy and trust - etc. It is very exiting to be part of a fast growing company and see every task and every day of work helping building the success of the company. There is nothing better to believe in the company and product you work in!
Cons
As every start up the pressure can be here. It's a work on ourselves to listen to our body and mind and make sure we use the flexible hours and vacations to handle the stress.
