Cons
Poor training—"Sink or Swim" approach for new hires. There is much tension between co-workers. Management allows and encourages negative comments about fellow employees for all to hear. This creates a stressful work environment. Employees will target specific employees, labeling either their job performance or personal traits for acute criticism. Management participates in and fosters this culture of bullying, aggressive gestures, and comments. In summary, this creates a hostile work environment.
