      Pros

      Flowtech have been good to work for throughout with both the company car scheme and offer good work, life balance with some longer weeks matched with shorter weeks and ability to take time back where required owed. During my time I have been allowed to adapt and grow within my role, within a fast paced ever changing business model and allowed to implement changes within my department where required.

      Cons

      Although my personal journey is more of a positive, some business movements can sometimes make you question overall vision and culture approaches as we gear up to an ever growing one Flowtech.

      Company car. Nothing else to add

      Cons

      No commitment to anything- investment, innovation, safety. It's hilarious how the company promotes mental health awareness. They do not care- they create stress. Certain people are looked after if their face fits. Poor culture throughout.

      Lots of corporate noise but no action

      A few good people, but very disheartened.

      Cons

      This is without doubt the worse company I’ve ever worked for. Lots of noise from senior management, but no action. The result is an organisation that is toxic, fails to move forward and grasp business opportunities. Staff are demotivated and move-on to more fulfilling roles elsewhere. Senior Management are arrogant, abrasive, belittling and berate employees. Training is almost non-existent and is limited to that required to maintain compliant in HS&E. Skill set is therefore limited and capability restricted.
