Senior management team without fingers on the pulse of daily local operations. Lack of business development capability to develop/ grow business and maintain/ retain local market client accounts. Lack of managerial review which led to the loss of key client accounts. Failure to meet promises to clients/ staff that senior management team would rotate on a regular, weekly basis to new local office/ market.
