      - Exposure to electronics manufacturing industry - Easy to get a job - Good compensation and benefits - Worked closely and made connections with elite companies

      - Poor manager/employee relations with little direction from manager - Little to no training - Little to no culture - Very narrow/closed-minded culture - Hostile work environment - Budgets for this company are made by not improving efficiency in the way the company does things, but in cutting costs of employee benefits and culture
