Pros

FreJun is an amazing place for people who genuinely want to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. If you enjoy being challenged, taking ownership, and learning quickly, this place gives you a lot of opportunities to grow. The CEO is extremely ambitious and pushes people to unlock their full potential — while that can feel intense at times, it also helps you develop professionally at a pace that’s hard to find elsewhere. People who adapt to the culture tend to learn a lot, gain meaningful exposure, and grow very quickly. The company focuses on building skills which is a rare find in today's employment scene. The pay is also pretty decent, especially considering the learning and responsibility you get early on.

Cons

The environment can be intense and may not suit everyone. Expectations are high, and startup pressure can sometimes lead to burnout for some employees. If you prefer a slower-paced or highly structured workplace, this may feel overwhelming.

Pros

Joined Frejun as a Technical Content Writer. My main work was around making Frejun Teler visible on Google. I worked genuinely hard on it and did manage to bring organic results too, mostly without any proper support. The problem started with the work culture. No mentorship, no proper team support, no clear workflow. Just constant micromanagement, taunts, pressure, and confusion. Every other day priorities changed. Slowly, I was handling way more than what I was actually hired for. Still, I never argued because I joined to learn and thought things would eventually improve. They didn’t. The leadership is honestly the biggest issue here. Subhash Kalluri the failed CEO creates an environment where nobody feels mentally settled. Big talks during the day, different decisions the next morning, same chaos again and again. A few people close to management control everything internally, while talented employees carry the actual workload and someone else takes the credit. I’ve never seen this level of instability in a company before. During my time there, more than 30 people either resigned or were fired. That alone says enough. People weren’t leaving because work was hard.. startups are supposed to be hard. People were leaving because the environment became mentally exhausting. There were also discussions internally around compliance-related legal issues involving leadership during the Jan-Feb period, which made things feel even more unorganised and uncertain from inside. Another thing I personally felt was that the company focused more on selling the dream of the product than actually improving internal systems or product quality. Sometimes it genuinely felt like convincing customers mattered more than solving real problems. No pros from my side, honestly.

Cons

Company sells dreams to customers more than real value Almost 90% positive reviews over internet are iether paid or by third party Toxic work culture Extreme micromanagement No mentorship or support No proper workflow Unrealistic expectations Credit politics High employee turnover Mentally draining environment

Pros

The biggest pro of working at FreJun isn’t the product, the perks, or the growth trajectory of the company. It’s the people, and it starts right at the top. I joined as the 2nd employee, as a Machine Learning intern in 2019 with no clear sense of direction. What changed everything was the founder’s genuine investment in me as a person. He sat with me, observed how I worked, and identified strengths I hadn’t even recognized in myself. He saw that I had a natural ability for communication and relationship-building and he helped me pivot from an ML developer role into Sales. That kind of mentorship from a founder, especially at the intern level, is something you simply don’t find anywhere else. 7 years later, I’m still here  now part of the core team and that says everything. The confidence I carry into every sales conversation today, the way I approach problems, the way I lead it was all built within these walls, by the people around me. FreJun gives you the room to discover who you are professionally, the mentorship to grow into it, and the team that backs you every step of the way. If you want a place that genuinely invests in your potential, this is it.

Cons

As with any startup, there's always more to do than hours in the day especially in the early stages. If you're someone who needs rigid structure and a perfectly defined role, there's an adjustment period. But if you embrace it, you'll come out with a skillset and perspective that's hard to find anywhere else. The learning curve is steep but that's what makes it worth it.
