      Motivation as breakfast. young coworkers.

      Cons

      top very manipulative. dont buy over their promise, get nothing even achieved kpi. avoid socmed dept at all cost. toxic lead. company attract freshie to offer lowest salary. work until saturday. Talking bout bare minimum employee welfare, No OT. request something from HR, they question u back if willing to other job not within jd. complain only get you backfired. after 2 year no increment.

      There is nothing positive, except for the team at your level.

      For those seeking employment, you may try but this is my sincere advice, please avoid this company at all costs, or you will regret it. Glassdoor reviews from 2026 onward appear fishy and seem to be instructed to make the company look great.

      Banyak exposure kepada real client & project sebenar, bukan sekadar kerja dalaman Skill design berkembang cepat (visual, layout, branding, marketing material) Kebebasan kreatif sederhana, masih ada ruang explore idea Team supportive & senang bekerjasama, especially sesama creative Deadline membantu bina disiplin & time management Portfolio grow secara konsisten sepanjang tempoh bekerja

      Workload boleh jadi tinggi bila peak period / banyak urgent request Arahan design kadang-kadang last minute atau berubah-ubah Balance antara kreativiti & permintaan client kadang mencabar Proses approval boleh ambil masa dan melibatkan banyak pihak Growth dari segi jawatan mungkin perlukan inisiatif sendiri
