Pros

There were some who did most of the work and it didn't balance. picnick was nice. There was no place to move to with no training.

Cons

Too many buildings for work to move where it should go to. The company meetings were long and hot - not what i needed to know for my job - over my head on most of the topics. waste of time. Pay was not in line with the work and there was alot of brownosing.

Pros

Great benefits like profit sharing and health insurance.

Cons

A lot of standing. Very little human interaction. Monotonous production. Pay isn’t up to par with required training and technicality of the job.

Pros

Some people are nice, kind, and great to work with.

Cons

Poor level of training, you are mainly left to figure things out yourself. Plus those with the information are usually too busy to assist you.

Pros

Excellent training people, supervisors who care about you, on 2nd shift in the machining areas, 4 10-12 hour days including a paid lunch break.

Cons

Total compensation left a lot to be desired and while the ESOP was a nice touch, the 401k contributions for my role were marginal at best.

Pros

Good health insurance plans offered.

Cons

ZERO training or employee development. Last raise was 1% across the board. Frequently will hire new people at higher rate then long time employees. Very quick to hire outsiders for positions rather than promote from within. Entire shifts will operate with no supervision. Company policy is to try to get supervisor positions filled with non-supervisor personnel who will take the spot for no pay raise. The company was under good management for so long, but they brought in a dude with only generic corporate experience, figuring that was enough. When it comes to employee training, compensation and experience, Lisk has forgotten or ignored the truth-you get what you pay for.

Pros

Great people who are beaten down by new management. These people pour their heart and soul into their jobs and aren’t appreciated

Cons

No training, then told youre not up to par, employees don’t trust management to take care of concerns so most won’t say anything for fear of retribution

Pros

Bonuses yearly after ft for a year. ESOP program helps with retirement.

Cons

Pay isn't good enough. Some depts remain antiquated despite technology changes. Management expectations are unreasonable and don't equate with pay. Zero training for anything. Quality department lacking.
