Pros
GPEx has substantial potential to evolve into a giant NFP in the primary care space. They have significant opportunities and a great tean in place, where they can use their existing strengths to grow.
Cons
The balance between chasing liquidity vs growth is a consistent challenge and the overall direction of the company was still undefined at the time of my redundancy. 2 BD leads hired for the same job as mine, had left before me in quick successions in the last year, as business and personal growth was unclear for most. Hopefully with the new exec hires, these issues will be tackled quickly and decisively.
