1. Hardly any clients, hence ample work life balance. 2. Good coworkers
Cons
1. Extremely toxic environment - managers are selected basis psychometric tests which are pretty unpredictable of their managerial abilities. Managers are paid to toe the management line. Managers would often inhibit your growth and their isn't much growth anyway. 2. Salary stagnates and not in line with competitors 3. Their is no true consulting, they have a few products which they keep recycling over years 4. Incompetence is encouraged if you suck up to the right folks 5. Avoid this firm, unless you have a knack for petty office politics
