Pros

Good team mate and technology

Cons

Enforcing hurriedly work from office in India when they do not have basic parking where current office suits only hybrid model, lack of flexibility and making employees inconvenient as they need to spend minimum 3 hours on road without basic public transport, no transport facility by management

Pros

Work load is less apart from this nothing

Cons

Worst company culture with a "hire and fire" mentality. HR does not address employee concerns or issues. Excessive micromanagement throughout the organization. Garmin India is falsely projected as a product-based company, while it doesn’t even meet level 1 standards. Management is unresponsive to employee grievances and often resorts to abrupt terminations. Long-term employees (10-15 years) are frequently placed on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) despite their tenure. Insufficient parking facilities for employees; only 50 parking slots for a headcount of 300, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
