      No proper salary payment, delayed salary, no organisation structure, no planning-in recruitment, training and assembly unit, low quality product, customer complaint, fake commitment to client and customer, fake positive online review monthly basis, weekly management review to scold the employees, centralized power only to 4 members, no respect to employees, long working hours, no work life balance, more politics, regular termination of employees, regular hiring of low salary employees, etc.... -- if no other job, join and continue in this company.
