      Pros

      Balancing work life and strong team to work with. No hesitation to support the employee for any concern. Always available to provide support. Very empathetic and understanding. They provided me wfh as much as I have requested. Unfortunately I had to leave due to personal reasons. they have also offered me job if at all I have any plans to start working again

      I had a great experience working with Gem Source IT Consulting. I joined them on a contract basis for an Infosys project and recently transitioned to a permanent role at Infosys. The team at Gem Source was professional, supportive, and made the transition seamless. Highly recommend them for IT professionals looking for good opportunities.
