Management has some weird superiority complex towards everyone they talk to although I never met a single prospect actually interested in their product. By far the worst company I have ever worked for. Just like the previous sales person said in their review of this company, there is no communication with what is occurring at various levels of the business. They hired someone from a prestigious company in the same industry to get tips on GTM and sales, and this was 5 months ago and I've never even had a conversation with the guy. They attempt to hire everyone as a contract employee to minimize their costs. The CEO just constantly lies and brags about things that never really happened. Received voicemails and texts multiple times from potential customers who said they had a follow up meeting with my boss and he no showed to the meeting. I'd say there's a good reason this company hasn't received any funding in quite a while. Management would attend every trade show with 1 or 2 reps and then just hide away in their hotel rooms because they have no social skills. True story.... Why are you paying for travel for 2 additional people and getting two hotel rooms and then spending 1 hour a day tops at the conferences....Prospects constantly asked the same questions about our product and the CEO constantly wanted me to say "we don't offer that but it's in our product road map". Apparently everything under the sun was in that not existent road map for the past 2 years. Company is built on complete lies. I will be amazed if they are around for another year.
