      Cons

      This place is the worst onboarding I have ever seen. No 401 for 6 months. Hiring and firing like it’s water. Management will embarrass you and have zero capacity for leading. No monthly goals, can’t motivate a soul, leave you out of important meeting and applications necessary to do your job….. Karma

      Pros

      There are no pros in working here. They do a whole purge of the company. 30% of employees within less than 6 months and fired me. Two weeks after a work injury falsifying and slandering

      There are no cons. They are horrible. If you try to have a voice, i've worked many roles through Atlantic and they are far better with treating people the right way

      Met some really awesome people that are friends now.

      Cons

      Never worked just a 40 hour shift, often 55+hours weekly to meet demanding owners deadlines because of always being short staffed. High employee turnover.
