We were a good group of engineers.
Cons
Frequent changes of direction, rushing to a different project/deadline every few months, often working overtime without rewards. Hard to feel appreciated as an employee. Changes at the top levels (board, manegement) lead to a couple of "reset". The last one in 2023: the whole team was lead off, with the promise that it was just a temporary move until an agreement in direction and founding is reached. Needless to say that this never happened and the company looked in standby for about one year after, maybe resurrected in summer 2024. As an employee, never got a bonus or a raise, at most complains about how expensive we were, even if salaries were even below expectations.
