      Pros

      If you are a trained person, this is a good place to start. Work life balance is great. Work environment and interactions with senior employees are very pleasant.

      Cons

      There is no formal training given in the company, atleast not for my role.

      Good bonus payout even though company is lacking of projects

      Cons

      Office is rundown and management is extremely old fashioned and inflexible. Leadership is a problem in this company as workload is not delegated properly. Not recommended for graduates as there is no proper guidance.
