I've recently started working for GetAgent and I must say I love it ! Everyone is super friendly, just a great balance between working hard and having a good time. I've also learnt a lot about the property market.

In my (fairly short) career so far, GetAgent has been the best employment experience I've ever had. The team were really supportive and kind, everyone had time for one another and there was always opportunity to connect socially. Good working environment - lovely office space and a fairly relaxed culture. Nice benefits.

The team is very approachable and make you feel welcomed, there's never a dull moment in the office, great balance of working hard and having a laugh with everyone!

Having started only a few months ago I felt part of the team straight away. Everyone was super welcoming and made it easy to ask questions or for help when I needed it. - Weekly training sessions, both within your team and department, mean that you are able to constantly improve and develop your skills. - Managers have a genuine interest and care for each individual on their team. Weekly 1-2-1's and training sessions mean that they are always helping you to develop in your role and support you. - There is always a great vibe in the office, everyone is always friendly and there is no divide between teams or departments!

The company has grown massively since I first joined but they haven't lost sight of their 3 company values. They always strive to improve, are always data driven, and always try to do right by people. The management are very transparent and it's very refreshing. I really believe in the product and know everyone at GetAgent is doing their very best every single day while keeping the core principles in mind. There are no egos and everyone genuinely wants the best for each other and the company.
