They care about training and development of their employees. Within my first year at Getagent I worked hard, listened to the training and progressed to become a team leader. The current head of ops also joined as an operations assistant and shot up the ladder.

In depth training and progress development reviews frequently to always ensure we're on track and helps polish up those skills we need some improvement on. Head of operations is friendly, approachable and understanding. Fab culture and work ethic in the office- lots of regular team events. Hands down one of the best companies I've ever worked for- If you're looking for a company to grow in, this is the right place to be!

From day one I felt welcomed at GetAgent. The people truly are the best thing about it, and they provide plenty of helpful training for you to advance your skills and gain confidence in what you do. Special shout out to Chris Manderson, the Sales Manager. He took a chance on a fresh grad, and he was supportive and motivating every step of the way. Bosh!

- Every person here is kind, accepting and alike - There is no drama - The training, the knowledge all of the staff have is insane - You don't get poked and made to feel like you are bad at your job at any moment, they provide training to help you get better - They keep you in the loop of the whole company, how its getting on in all departments, how things are financially - A lot of nights out to have a laugh, they're amazing at keeping your spirits up - Tea / Nice coffee / Snacks are all provided - CEO is lovely - Clear opportunities to move up in the company and ive seen it many times - Literally everything about this place is great
