rich history, university connection for Research and Development, market leader in its area of expertise based on past development and technical knowhow
Cons
Niche market but main issue is clueless top management. Completely out of their depth. The company is run like a sweater shop when the value proposition is about high skills consulting services and software products for advanced applications. Completely wrong management approach in place lacking required skills and relevant experience
