Work, Life and everything misbalanced at GfK

Pros

Good food. Cabs when working from office. WfH. That's it.

Cons

Rest everything. I'll cry writing words. 😄 Ultra toxic. No sense of creating a happy work place. Slavery. There are going to be times when indirectly you will be forced to work 16 hours a day and later you will be asked what you did, who asked you to work, bla bla manupulative stuffs. You will grow in all scenarios only if you are your manager's favourite. And if you are you don't have to bother about organization's growth. There are number of hard working and ready to go beyond limit slaves who never got or will never get anything basis their hard work. Hard work will only damage your KPIs. Because in the end its all the static numbers not the dynamic hardwork. 😄 Will never suggest anyone to work here. Wait for month, try somewhere else but never this place. Management share empty motivational words and no one is interested to take the initiative. By any chance someone is interested to take the first step in kind of team or other development, the so called favourite people will never let that happen. This is honest review. There might be some bot reviews posted. But this is GfK.

Pros

both side cabs, tea and coffee, one time food that is hardly good.

Cons

toxic, too much micromanaging that you can't sit together because you will waste your time to talk to your colleagues- acc to manage. you have to provide details what you did in every hour. so flexible that you have to come office just because you live in NCR because it's nearby even tho it's wfh and if you don't, your manager will mark everything whenever you say no to anything even tho it's an option. they will even mark it when you request to give them half an hour time when you are not feeling good. promotions will always go to boot licking fev employee. your leaves don't matter when it comes to deadline even tho you have fixed leaves because of you community or religion or state and you didn't miss any deadlines ever. you have to attend the useless meetings even if you are on leave just because you have apps in your mob .and on the top your manager will call you and his own whole team"UNSKILLED LABOUR"in front of everyone whenever you discuss that includes promotion and increments. oh and one more ,if your manager saw you are looking for another job on any site , they will hold your promotion and will even get mad that you trying to switch your job?

Pros

They will provide you with both side cab, Food, and good infrastructure thats it.

Cons

You won't get anything else from this company apart from toxic environment. Because after 1 or 2 year your junior will end up your supervisor, just because your manager like them. No matter how hard you had performed and and what you have accomplished for this company. They will end up giving promotion to your juniors just because they had run pivot in excel thats it. And you were never asked to do that just because they never wanted it from you. Whether you have experience of 3 year and 4 years. You end up in misery of their excuses what you have done. This is not a wrong company but Managers , if you are hard working person who talk less believe in your work that it will speak than this company is not for you. Your career growth will be destroyed. You are not working here, you are gambling actually whether you get your promotion or not every year. For minimum paid salary which is not standing anywhere to the standard. Simply they have created a funnel for promotion. Which will decrease extremely after after every promotion. And that stage where you fighting for your career day and night working hard , favouritism quota i repeat "quota" get in effect created by these manager just because their favourite employees have time to call them in their weekend. And you will get excuses thats it. And promotion will be feed by these jokers.
