- Flexible work environment - Remote work - In Shibuya area
Cons
- Low salary - Raises and bonuses are based on favoritism and not merit - Leadership and management are horrible at business development, product development, and marketing (2+ years and still no finished product that generates profit) - Tech and design talent were completely wasted - Management, constantly holds strategy meetings that go nowhere (like a dog chasing his tail)
