      I love problem solving and dynamic projects. The company consistently brings in interesting projects and amazing clients. The work culture is shifting to a new generation, and they are bringing some great energy.

      Cons

      Commuting into Seattle can be tough, but there are transportation options. Cost of living is high, but pay rates make the area livable.

      Pros

      Great culture where everyone is treated with respect. Base pay is reasonable, end of year bonuses are depend on company success, but are usually very good. Employee owned company, which means work-life balance is more valued than other places I've worked.

      Cons

      Seattle's cost of living is driven by tech company wages, and Glosten isn't a tech company. Glosten is a consulting firm, which means the projects you're working on are always changing. Sometimes that means you're working on something you really enjoy, other times you may just be doing the work.
