I work at GoMMT as a Senior Business Development Manager, and honestly — it’s been a really solid journey so far. What I enjoy most is that it's not just about numbers or targets. There’s a real sense of ownership and trust here. You get the freedom to try new things, solve real problems, and actually see the impact of your work. The teams are supportive, the energy is high, and even on tough days, you feel like you’re part of something bigger — helping partners grow, helping travellers have better experiences, and building something meaningful. It’s not perfect (no place is), but it’s a company that pushes you to grow and backs you when it matters. I’m glad to be a part of it.
