5 - Sick Leaves (convertible cash)
5 - Service Incentive Leaves (given after your first anniversary and another 5 for every work anniversary there after)
The 2 weeks Christmas Holiday off is not guaranteed as it will still depend on your client's need. You may still be able to work during that time, otherwise you will have other options like:
1. Off but you will need to use your accumulated annual leaves which means that you will have to save them for Christmas rather than use them on any other time you need it.
2. Take the holiday but you will not get paid for the time off.
2. Totally for free IF your client will pay for it.

Compensation for VA isn't enough, Salary Increase can't keep up with the current inflation rate at all.
Employees run a tool to keep track of your work activity and must comply to 7.5 hrs of work every day. This only means that if you are quick to finish your task, tendency is that they will give you more without any salary increase.
