Pros
1. Great variety of audio files available. 2. You can choose the file that you want to work on and if you feel that you can't do the file, you can refuse the file. 3. Flexible working hours. You can work whenever you want to. 4. Timely payments every Friday. 5. Mr Peter Trebek (CEO) who is extremely supportive and helpful if there is any problem. 6. Finally the transcription process is entirely simplified after the new update. There is the transcriber tool which we have to use to work on the transcription and it had made it quite simpler. You don't need to use express scribe software now. Just log in and start working.
Cons
1. Sometimes there is a waiting time for selecting files but other than that there are no cons. 2. Some of the files have very bad audio quality.
