Just okay! Strict No-No for Senior profiles
Pros
Compensation Nice work life balance, leave policy. Free food Nice work place at city center
Cons
Slow, repetitive, mundane work. People talk more than the action. Don’t see any tech and product vision from the leadership, which can generate any interesting challenging work, to keep senior talent engaged. Not so great people at the helm, who are unwilling to be receptive, for the ideas, experience brought in, by the newcomers. Overly visible strong groupism, within the old timers, elevated to higher roles, ensues non-transparent, closed-door decision making. If you are a newcomer, the chances of you growing into the organization, being listened to, the feeling being part of the organization, are miniscule. Ones’ opinions, experience they brought in, are conveniently ignored and un-welcomed, most of the times. No clear job definition, role for the individuals - especially for the senior profiles, on “the pretext” of flat hierarchy. That a LIE!! Beware, there does exist hierarchy and labels, which are never spoken about and bestowed upon select group. You feel cheated, once you join the organization. A senior developer ends up doing same task as a fresher. Utterly wasteful! If one is interested in growth and imparting your technical influence, to do some interesting work, this is not the place! If you are a fresher/entry level developer, it may provide a decent learning ground.
