      Pros

      I followed up from a five people's team that got stuck in a rat. I had to lay down new processes and look for new ways to apply my marketing experience. Exciting and cutting edge social media and development team. Very understanding and experimental senior management that is not afraid to try new things. Great production team to work with and great career opportunity for the future.

      Cons

      Traffic can be a bit difficult to get to in the morning. Not many managerial positions

      Grafea was my first ever job started in production and ended up as the production manager.Nice enviroment. Worked for five years

      The moved the premises to Greater Manchester I found a job closer to home

      Worked there some time ago. Good experience overall I would say. Nice environment, standard pay and benefits. Not heard any bad reviews since leaving. Always recommend.
