Toxic environment

Pros

Sorry, I cannot recommend working here.

Cons

Grayce is the most toxic environment that I have ever worked in. The company is very cliquey and filled with micromanaging tendencies and abuse. Retention is extremely low. People either move on from this toxic environment quickly or are laid off for no reason. Benefits and pay are a joke especially for a company that pitches that their product is essential for employee retention. Support for caregivers at their own company is just lip service. Would not recommend working here unless you’re ok looking for a new job within a couple months of starting.

Pros

Working at Grayce will always be a highlight of my career. The leadership is smart and has focused on building a company that walks the talk with an amazing culture and a true appreciation of the employee caregivers Grayce serves.

Cons

The market isn't quite ready for Grayce yet, but its close. More industry education is needed in terms of how employee caregivers and the needs they have impact a company's bottom line.
