      A lot of responsibility on your shoulders means opportunities for professional growth

      Cons

      Small company in its early stages. Low pay. The sales team is considered more important than operations. Ops is treated as expendable. Green washing unfortunately occurs at this company

      Pros

      I can see how this group of people might be entertaining and fun in the office environment. The company and what it stands for is a fabulous idea and contribution to society.

      Cons

      Employees at the lowest tier suffer as a result of poor leadership. We're in a poor situation because upper and middle management refuse to address the company's culture's root issues although they have been told many times. Maybe 1 or 2 years employment max. unless you want to settle. There's not a real future here.
