Pros

- They have a nice pamphlet about their values. - They mention it's a family. - World class marketing department.

Cons

- They have absolutely no values at all, probably why the values need to be advertised so much. - Really weird way of treating their family or it only applies to the actual family members, it's a family company after all. - The actual job contract is pretty shady. - Crazy favouritism, some people with the same title doing the same work can be paid twice as much. Talk about your salaries people. - Incompetent management. - You might be hired to be a consultant, but in reality you're an entrepreneur who is expected to work 12 hours a day if things are not going right. - People are roleplaying that they work at McKinsey and boast about who has the most overtime hours (which by the contract are unpaid).

Cons

- too much responsibility and over time work - not enough support if you get burned out - Also not enough support for personal development - sink or swim mentality - describe the working environment as family, but some families can be dysfunctional like this company - poorly communication between different teams

Pros

The people are amazing; kind, intelligent, responsible, driven. Greenstep really is a place for growth, you WILL learn constantly, and you usually get to choose the direction you grow towards. Lots of training and some fun events. The clients are interesting and versatile.

Cons

If you can’t keep up with the pace, if you can’t handle the pressure, forget about it. The pay is terrible compared to the stress. One must learn to say no or they will squeeze you dry.
