Lots of women at this company, and 2/3 of the founders are women, which sounded very promising, however they don’t offer maternity leave. Men are paid much MUCH more than the women and nothing is done legally here. Unfair dismissals, holiday work without time in lieu, boss not allowing mat leave because it conflicted with the bosses holiday.
