- People - Culture - Innovative & adaptive-data driven company - Open to new ideas as long as it is in-sync to business goals - Diverse experience w/ highly skilled team Able to adapt and execute innovative ideas to scale the business through task/reporting automation. To have management-backed ideas is something you can acquire here to enrich your experience. If you have any new ideas to automate any processes, this is the oyster. Exposure to all moving parts of a small business to help position Analyst to think critically and approach strategically on projects to enable long term growth. In the end, you have the ability to make this experience as good as you want it to be.
Cons
Some mundane tasks here and there. The only true con is if you don't make anything out of this experience. There are many opportunities of improvement.
