      - Work culture is great - You will indeed get to learn new things - The payments are on time with proper leave structure - Festivals are celebrated in the office as well - Staff is supportive

      Cons

      - Management is weak with many a times they have no clue about what they are doing - Remuneration is low with no increment & even yearly bonus is deducted

      Leadership (CEO) is excellent. When it comes to work in social sector,he is the best person I have ever dealt with. You get flexible working hours and cross learning opportunity

      Great working environment. You get all the support in your work. The management is very helpful. Especially the CEO is kind in nature. He is open to everything. He is a good teacher. Have learned many good things from him. I really love the work culture! Highly recommended for a great future!
