      Cons

      Diversity and inclusion is a joke at Gyproc India. To achieve KRA women are recruited at different levels,but are paid lesser, no growth opportunity,no respect, no career path.HR is a puppet of MD. The mantra to survive at Gyproc India is keep your self respect and career aspirations at home. Until this company values employees and respects women business growth will only be on PPT slides!
