      Pros

      People are great and helpful. Love my team and managers. Managers seem to really want to help your career and give you more opportunities (may just be my own managers and team). Have received a lot of new opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem like the pay is the most competitive. Promotions used to be rare and you had to work hard to earn one. Now they give them out after just a year of working. Salary negotiations seem difficult and rare. Seems like you can only move up if you take on a project manager role.

      Pros

      HBK leadership cares about their employees and career growth. Plenty of work to be done, they reward employees who show initiative and care about the work they do. I was promoted within 6 months of being employed with HBK, and look forward to working here for many years to come.

      Fast paced work environment, sometimes a lot can be put on you at once.
