Worst organisation I have ever worked in. A total “lala” type company with zero flexibility. The two india partners/directors are so rude, ruthless & inhuman. They would call you to work even if a person is dying. One partner has fixed 3 favourite people/chamchas & 24/7 they sit together and make things awkward for other office staff. HBK has US clients & work in US shifts. They have surrendered themselves entirely to the US team & client,i.e, are slaves to the US team. HBK or these 2 partners majority times make you feel to be in a school where they play the role of a bad headmaster. Have never seen such a high amount of turnover rate or resignations in any organisation and this is soley because of poor leadership skills; favouratism; no respect for other person’s time and what not. No HR policies defined. There’s one AM who knows packages of each employee. Compensations are openly discussed.

Bad in behaviour with staff
