Pros
I simply couldn't be happier than in HFS. Although I have recently joined the firm, I can see myself grow and evolve as a professional and individual here. There is a great leadership team, always encouraging and providing you with the training needed to get you up to speed. Surprisingly, I look forward to a Monday, I feel like I can't wait to get back to researching my report and start building out my thoughts. Never happened to me before :). As a mother I enjoy the flexibility, I can balance home-life and work-life. We do have deliverables and timelines but the pressure and stress in the job is very manageable, if you are proactive and efficient, you can get all that you need to get done in the day and still have time to help your kids with school work :). Everyone is very approachable at the firm and you can reach out to anyone anytime.
Cons
There is long publishing queue, it takes time to get reports out. Not that big an issue.
