Senior Sales Management is uninspiring and is continually managaing backward. Company's VBL model can be used as an excuse for poor collaborative behavior and self serving positions.

Do you want to work for a company that resembles the 1950s? Although this company touts their "values" in theory, in reality they are a group of non-diverse individuals, who love antiquated technology and doing shady business. For a company who celebrates their people-focused culture, their actions show they are anything but. Yes, business landscapes change and layoff happen, but the way in which HOLT has approach their recent round of layoffs is nothing short of cruel. I learned a lot while working here, mainly the type of person/employee I don't want to be. Thanks for the lesson, and happy to have left the HOLT cult.

Minor cons, some say they don’t get paid enough, but with all the pros it’s hard to argue.

Lack of interdepartment cooperation. upper management out of touch with their employees.

Only con was the occasional outside work when it was cold/rainy.
