they discourage you and complain you for your work all the time. No chance of trainig. Nobody trains you and nobody cares about it. They just want to learn everything by yourself. Whatever you are doing, the owner of company must be informed ALL THE TIME about it. You cannot even send one email to supplier without asking his permission. No culture of personal development
