none, its really a waste of your time

Turn over rate is high , they make you sign a "training" fee if you leave before 7 month of 7,000 DHS, you will be overworked undercompensated

Pros
no pros, everyone is depressed and toxic at this company. Company has a culture of snitching, cameras watching your every moment . your not allowed to charge your phone or have the phone on you. your treated worse then a farm animal.
Cons
They are super controling, you work 6 and half days a week, they need you to show up 15min before your time starts and if you dont deductions and fines are pretty standard practice at this company.
