      Good company for beginners and newcomers to sweden

      Pros

      Haleytek provides a friendly environment and is conducive to learning.

      Cons

      poor management.Most of Product Owners, Teach Leads and Scrum Master lack experience, resulting in project management issues and buggy products. Additionally, some teams experience micromanagement, and the salaries are not competitive.

      Bad management, less team work. PO and scrum are weak. High work load. Not good for personal growth

      Very friendly and lovely colleagues. Positive vibe and environment. Better benefits than Volvo cars.

      Cons

      Micromanagement (not all over the company) they love innovation but mostly an innovative idea does not go to the backlog. (they never start them)
