-Collaborating with a team of brilliant coworkers makes tackling challenging project work intellectually rewarding. Each project requires a customized approach so you are always doing new things and learning new skills. -The team takes great pride in top quality deliverables. Everyone at Halverson Group is focused on making sure deliverables are extremely high quality, from the data itself to report design, delivery and follow up. -Opportunity to work for some of the worlds largest and most recognized brands in food service and retail.
Cons
-As with any client service position, this is not a 9-5 job. -Because the team takes top quality deliverables very seriously, the reporting phase of some projects can be particularly rigorous.

The flat organizational hierarchy, which some may find liberating, may be frustrating to individuals who are most comfortable with a highly-structured, guided career path. Your success will depend on your ability to maintain flexibility in your work and communication style, as each project and client will challenge you to strategize, collaborate and problem-solve a little differently than the last. Tight timelines, cross-training and frequent travel may be tough for some.
