You get to learn a lot in the IT field from Seminars and Trainings to actual Deployments of IT Devices and IT Services
Cons
- No clear communication from Upper management as to when the Salaries will be returned to normal since it was deducted due to the ongoing pandemic and No clear information disclosed to employees as to when thay can avail their Health Insurance as it was cancelled due to the pandemic as well Pay slips are rarely given to employees since the pandemic started Commission pays are delayed
