      Everyone is really willing to help you learn and get acclimated to the environment and work that you are expected to complete. The culture is really welcoming and has a great balance between being social and professional.

      Cons

      Offering a little more guidance on the first few days and having an initial meeting with your direct point of contact to really understand what you will be expected to do in your role.
