Pros

*This is coming from someone who works in Harrods on a zero hour Agency contract, not directly under Harrods Great pay for agency (£14.40 for mine) Amazing opportunity to make connections Also easy to move around and get job opportunities if the right connections are made Prestigious store, working with the top brands, exclusive items Get to see famous people once in a while Most other agency who work in Harrods are lovely

Cons

Canteen food is poor Staff working directly under Harrods or under a concession can be really hit or miss - most of them are entitled, obnoxious or toxic - or all three Harrods floor management - many have micromanagement issues Workplace can get toxic, many people treat this like its school - too much gossip and drama if you go to the wrong people Harrods staff+concessions get up to 30% off, roughly? extra 10% sales for staff happen too, and also uniform allowance is great - 50% off if it is brought as uniform, things like Canada goose come under that label
