No reasons to work there.
Cons
Nobody knows what they are doing in this place. One employee is responsible of 5 or more different non related jobs/tasks. Its like working in walmart but same time wearing hats from security guard to manager. Pay is always renegotiated and owner is always dissatisfied with any result. Quit the job after a week.
