Varied sector based projects. Fun and enjoyable to work on projects. Colleagues willing to help as and when required. Strong internal knowledge for NPD, specifically regarding DfM and DfA. Options to work independently and/or as a team on certain projects. Ability to have multifaceted job roles including other aspects of business management/strategy.
Cons
Potentially too fast paced for some. Can be high pressure/longer hours towards project deadlines, as with any project based work. Managing external clients desires vs. internal business desires can be challenging sometimes.
