Pros

Everybody's very kind and professional enough to handle problems. They are mostly on the teacher's side when a problem occurs with parents or kids. The lesson plans are ready so you don't have to do a lot of preparation.

Cons

Low pay is the only con I can think of.

Pros

- Helpful and considerate staff. - Amazing students. - Plenty of guidance when you start with them. - Excellent incentives. - The provided lesson plans are great with plenty of hints and tips if you are new or can't think of anything super fun. - Potential for pay increase biannually. - They help you get on your feet with the company by booking you plenty of Demo lessons. - Really great staff.......... seriously, they are phenomenal. - Personally, I really enjoy working for them. - Amazing Hours. - Fair Pay. - Company contract is incredibly fair.

Cons

- Not much wiggle room for time off. (You can take off a maximum of 7% of your total open slots before your pay gets deducted from) #QuickMath 200 open slots a month (1 hour = 2 slots) 200 x 0.07 = 14 slots You can take off a maximum of 7 hours with is one and a bit days for me. (I work 4 hours a day)

Pros

I used to love my job at Hellokid. The pay was alright and everyone was so friendly but that changed drastically in the last 6 months.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. They started changing the contract whenever they felt like it, they cut pays, bonuses and the staff has started behaving pretty unfriendly lately. It's obvious they don't care about their teachers. So I left.
